How it works:

Contact us to arrange a consultation call and discuss your investment requirements. Alternatively if you are an experienced investor you can sign up to our mailing list and receive access to our available deals going forward.
We will present all the property information, figures, and pictures, with our due diligence in a deal information pack.
If you choose to proceed, we will instruct solicitors on your behalf and manage the purchase process until completion, liaising with the seller and solicitors.
In addition, we can manage any refurbishment work required (optional).
Finally, we will handover the property to a reputable agent to ensure the best possible outcome for you if required.
